Com24 is a full service HVAC company that specializes in Residential/Commercial Heating and Cooling. Our technicians are licensed and certified to work on any and all universal systems across the board. They work on everything from builders grade units to the most high end and energy efficient models on the market today.
Com24 is committed to continuing education across multiple brands and platforms in both residential and commercial HVAC. Each technician within our organization receives a minimum of 80 classroom hours annually from our loyal distributors. Some of our most popular retailers include Trane, Mitsubishi, Carrier, and Bryant.
Our technicians are outfitted with the latest diagnostic tools to ensure your equipment is serviced with up to date technology. Our job is to ensure that each unit we service is set to perform at maximum capacity. At Com24, we strive to make sure that all the whistles and bells are securely working so our customers can get the most out of their investments.
DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE CALLS
It happens all the time.
Your furnace doesn't turn on when the leaves start to fall on the ground or your AC is throwing out warm air when it should be cold, your thermostat seems to be malfunctioning, maybe there's water leaking from under the water heater or the breaker switch isn't working... whatever it is; we've seen it all 1000 times! Luckily, you know a guy and it's time to make that Diagnostic Service Call.
At Com24 Heating & Air, one of our licenced/ certified technicians will come out to your home and spend about 30-45 minutes diagnosing what the problem is with your unit. We use start of the art tools and technology to properly diagnose, detect and verify what is exactly going wrong with your system. Sometimes our technicians can find the problem within minutes and sometimes it can take up to an hour. Our service calls are always booked for 2 hours at a time so our techs are not feeling rushed or feeling like they need to hurry up on a job. We like to practice patience and time well spent on each service call so that each customer feels that we are taking a considerate amount of time listening and learning about what the issue is at hand. Once we determine what the problem is- we revert back to the beginning and check all other sensors, relays and wiring to determine if there is anything else that needs further attention.
Com24 Heating & Air charges $120 for our Diagnostic Service Calls.
A diagnostics fee only covers the time the technician takes in your home or business determining exactly what the problem is. After finding out the issue- our technicians will then discuss the problem with the customer and explain what needs to be done in order to fix the problem. A price will then be discussed with the customer and if the customer chooses to move forward in fixing the unit then Com24 will most likely proceed in fixing the unit right then and there.
REPAIRS
Com24 Heating and Air, LLC. will always give you a set price on a repair
before any work is done. If you are calling us for the first time; rest assure that most of our parts that are needed to fix your unit are stocked on our work trucks. On very rare occasions, we would need to order a specific part in advance and reschedule the repair within the next 48 hours. Ordering specific parts come thru the supply house and usually take about 24-28 hours to get in.
