Cancellation Policy

Com24 Heating and Air Conditioning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments for any reason. If a customer calls less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment and cancels the agreement for reason unknown then the customer loses all rights to the deposit. If a customer is wanting to reschedule a date 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment then Com24 has the right to make the decision on what they want to do with the deposit. Last minute cancellations are extremely hard to replenish. A large amount of time is scheduled for each duct cleaning and if Com24 is unable to fill that void then business is lost. Deposits: Any type of Air Duct Cleaning requires a 25% deposit that is due upon approving this proposal. Duct cleaning ranges anywhere from 1-4 hours and that would be time lost if we had a cancellation. The deposit goes towards your proposed amount of time and satisfaction is guaranteed. Rescheduling a new date within 48 hours is the same as a cancellation in reference to the deposit. At Com24 it is not our intention to charge the customer anything more than what we quoted you initially. That is why our prices are direct, upfront, and unchanged.
